The rules that keep our campus safe, fair and focused on learning. Every parent and student is requested to read and follow them.

To create disciplined, responsible, and knowledgeable citizens through academic excellence and character building.
School timings
- Students must reach school before the morning assembly.
- Repeated late arrival may lead to disciplinary action.
- Early leave is allowed only with written permission from parents and the school authority.
Attendance
- Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory.
- Low attendance may result in detention from examinations.
- Medical leave must be supported with a valid certificate.
Attendance system (RFID based)
- Attendance is recorded through the student’s RFID ID card.
- Students must bring their ID card every day.
- Without the ID card, attendance may not be recorded.
- Repeated failure to bring the ID card may lead to disciplinary action.
Uniform & ID card
- Proper school uniform is compulsory on all working days.
- The ID card must be worn inside the campus.
- Improper uniform may result in a warning or disciplinary action.
Academic rules
- Homework must be completed regularly.
- Students must bring the required books and materials daily.
- Parents must monitor academic progress and attend PTMs.
Examination & promotion
The school conducts three examinations in every academic session. Promotion to the next class is decided on the combined performance in all three, with the following weightage:
General discipline
Students must
- Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Maintain classroom discipline.
- Follow school instructions at all times.
Strictly prohibited
- Bullying or fighting
- Abusive language
- Damage to school property
- Misconduct inside or outside school while in uniform
Serious violations may lead to suspension or removal.
Leave policy
- Leave applications must be submitted by parents.
- Leave of more than 3 days requires special approval.
- Long absence without notice may result in removal from school rolls.
Mobile & electronic devices
- Mobile phones are not allowed on the school campus.
- Smart gadgets with calling or internet features are not allowed.
- Confiscated items will be returned only to parents.
Transport rules (if applicable)
- Students must be present at the pickup point on time.
- Discipline must be maintained inside the school bus.
- The school is not responsible if the bus is missed due to late arrival.
Health & safety
- Parents must inform the school about medical conditions or allergies.
- Sick students should not be sent to school.
- In an emergency, the school will provide first aid and inform parents.
School property
- Students must take care of school property.
- Damage must be compensated by the student/parent.

Fee policy
- Fees must be paid before the due date.
- A late fee may be applied after the due date.
- Non-payment may result in restriction from classes or exams.
Kindly pay dues by the 15th of every month to avoid a ₹50 late fine. Fee details, payment status and receipts are available on the parent login.
Parent responsibilities
- Ensure regular attendance.
- Maintain communication with the school.
- Update contact details when changed.
- Follow school rules and the fee schedule.
General campus rules
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Respect the school environment.
- Visitors must report to the school office.
Rule amendment
School management reserves the right to modify rules when required.
